My Story. My Why.

I’m not just a consultant or strategist. I’m someone whose why comes from lived truth.

I’m Molly — an award-winning lived experience consultant, youth voice and engagement strategist, and public speaker. But behind every title is a story that fuels everything I do.

I’m a survivor of child sexual abuse and grew up witnessing domestic violence. Those early experiences, along with continued encounters with violence against women and girls (VAWG) and intersectional marginalisation, shaped me—and they now drive my unshakeable commitment to change.

Over the past five years, I’ve fearlessly spoken my truth, disrupted broken systems, and stood alongside young people and communities whose voices are too often ignored. And I’m just getting started.

My work spans key areas like

  • Trauma

  • Mental health, with a focus on neurodivergence and suicide prevention

  • Safeguarding

  • Domestic violence

  • Loneliness

  • Youth advocacy

  • Public affairs

  • Community mobilisation

  • And many more.

I am a disruptor of harmful systems, a campaigner for justice, and a force for good—driven to transform lived experience into leadership, policy influence, and systemic change. I bring adaptability, vision, and a deep understanding of the bigger picture to every space I step into.

Because behind every service I offer, there’s always a why—a lived reality that continues to guide my voice, shape my work, and power the change I fight for every day.

"When Molly speaks you can hear a pin drop. The honesty, authenticity and quiet yet powerful challenge she brings to a room never fails to make everyone stop and think, reflect on their work, their practice, their unchecked baises, and inspires everyone to try and do better to be the change we all so desperately need to see. Molly is a speaker that captivates and brings the goosebumps- someone an audience is unlikely to ever forget."
